Creative Strategist

• Craft compelling strategies and proposals to showcase Aspire's value and win new clients.
• Lead development of creative and innovative strategies for prospective clients; build and present proposals (~75% of time on new business).
• Support strategic upsells and renewals in partnership with Account Directors (~25% of time).
• Combine creator, consumer, and cultural insights, leveraging platforms like TikTok, Meta, Pinterest, and YouTube.
• Serve as a strategic partner to clients, maintaining strong long-term relationships and providing clear, actionable advice.
• Act as primary presenter for new business pitches and strategic reviews; confident public speaking to sell vision and expertise.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to inform strategies and ensure seamless workflow.
• Apply operational understanding to build efficient workflows and simplify processes; use data to measure success.
• Travel to key client pitches and industry events as required.

Product Marketing

• Project manage end-to-end go-to-market plans for product releases and updates, aligning stakeholders across Product, Marketing, Sales, CS, and Support.
• Build and maintain GTM calendars, critical paths, and status reports; drive on-time execution against clear milestones.
• Serve as the central liaison and communications hub for all impacted teams; run briefings, working sessions, reviews, and approvals.
• Author and copy-edit product collateral for internal enablement and external promotion (one-pagers, pitch slides, FAQs, release notes, web/email copy, talk tracks).
• Partner with Product to translate roadmaps and feature specs into positioning, messaging, and launch narratives.
• Coordinate with Demand/Content on campaigns that amplify launches; ensure message-market fit across channels.
• Manage timelines, deadlines, and budgets; escalate risks early and drive resolutions.
• Establish a repeatable GTM playbook with templates, checklists, and RACI; run post-launch retros to capture learnings.
• 30/60/90 day goals: 30 days audit GTM workflows and publish checklist; 60 days ship a launch and deliver collateral; 90 days establish reporting cadence and reusable messaging framework.
