About the role
- Oversee a team of net new sales representatives and inside sales reps; set sales targets and coach team members
- Drive revenue generation across SaaS, partnerships, and reseller networks
- Develop and execute overall sales and marketing strategy; collaborate with marketing on PPC, review site partnerships, and trade shows
- Manage departmental budget and direct marketing spend to maximize ROI
- Create and manage sales forecasting, performance reporting, and commission plans; present insights to the executive team
- Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and product development to support customer journey and revenue growth
- Utilize CRM and analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce) to manage leads, pipelines, and reporting
- Report directly to the CEO and contribute to company growth strategy
- Travel globally as needed for industry events and team meetings
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality or related field required
- 5+ years of experience in a senior sales leadership role (60+ months)
- Preferably experience within marina management or hospitality software industry
- Strong strategic thinking and business acumen
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in developing and managing budgets, commission plans, and sales performance metrics
- Familiarity with SaaS sales models and channel partnership development
- Experience managing and analyzing sales and marketing data to inform decisions
- Ability to travel globally for industry events, trade shows, or team meetings
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Legally authorized to work in the US
- Preferred: experience working with international teams and knowledge of North America, UK, EU and APAC
