• Oversee a team of net new sales representatives and inside sales reps; set sales targets and coach team members
• Drive revenue generation across SaaS, partnerships, and reseller networks
• Develop and execute overall sales and marketing strategy; collaborate with marketing on PPC, review site partnerships, and trade shows
• Manage departmental budget and direct marketing spend to maximize ROI
• Create and manage sales forecasting, performance reporting, and commission plans; present insights to the executive team
• Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and product development to support customer journey and revenue growth
• Utilize CRM and analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce) to manage leads, pipelines, and reporting
• Report directly to the CEO and contribute to company growth strategy
• Travel globally as needed for industry events and team meetings
