• RESPONSABILITÉS PRINCIPALES:
• Rapports financiers : Préparation et révision des états financiers, y compris les comptes de résultat et les bilans de chaque division.
• S'assurer que toutes les informations financières sont exactes, cohérentes et conformes aux principes comptables et aux réglementations applicables.
• Participation à la réalisation des missions d'audit et des exigences de conformité, y compris la transition vers les normes IFRS.
• Clôture mensuelle : Écritures et allocations de fin de mois : comprend les rapprochements du grand livre, la comptabilisation des écritures comptables et l'affectation des salaires et des coûts par service.
• Charges à payer et provisions : gestion des charges à payer liées aux primes/commissions et des provisions AFDA pour créances irrécouvrables.
• Paie et déclarations fiscales : préparation des rapports de paie et des écritures fiscales/de prix de transfert.
• Rapprochements financiers: finaliser les écritures mensuelles, rapprocher le bilan et les comptes bancaires.
• Analyse du compte de résultat et préparation des états financiers : analyser le compte de résultat et préparer les états financiers (bilan, compte de résultat, tableau des flux de trésorerie).
• Examen des résultats du directeur général et amélioration des processus: examiner les résultats avec les commentaires du contrôleur, améliorer les processus et documenter les procédures financières.
• Analyse financière : Réaliser une analyse financière approfondie, en comparant les résultats réels aux chiffres budgétés et en fournissant une analyse des écarts.
• Budgétisation et prévisions : Préparation des prévisions glissantes/actives : Développer et maintenir le processus de budgétisation annuel et mettre à jour régulièrement les prévisions. Suivi des indicateurs clés de performance : Collaborer avec les chefs de service pour recueillir les données et hypothèses.
• Tâches supplémentaires : Rapports et analyses sur les flux de trésorerie. Préparation du rapport MBR Deck. Rapports sur le taux de désabonnement. Supervision des comptes clients et fournisseurs.
