About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Service-oriented with a strong focus on customer satisfaction, supported by good listening and analytical skills.
  • Prior experience in a regulated environment (banking, insurance, mutuals, healthcare) and strong computer literacy are assets.
  • Good written communication skills and ease in interpersonal relations.
  • Fluent in French and English. Dutch is a plus.
  • Basic accounting knowledge and initial experience in the banking, insurance, or mutual sector.
  • IT knowledge: Windows Server, client-server architecture, workstation (office tools, web browsers).
  • Understanding of systems and database management (SQL, tools such as DBeaver).
  • Basic technical skills (Python scripting, test tools such as Squash TM, or API tools such as Postman/Bruno) are a plus.
  • Previous experience in service delivery management, handling complaints, or customer/technical support is desirable.
