About the role

  • Lead new-logo growth for customer care BPO services across U.S. and international markets
  • Own the end-to-end enterprise sales cycle—strategy, prospecting, orchestration, closing—and partner post-sale to scale accounts
  • Build and execute the strategic sales plan to win net-new BPO contracts across target verticals
  • Develop a predictable new-business pipeline via targeted outreach, advisors/influencers, campaigns, conferences, and industry events
  • Lead prospecting, qualification, solution shaping, proposal/RFP ownership, pricing/negotiation, and close
  • Create tailored presentations and value propositions for executive audiences
  • Collaborate with leadership on market expansion strategy; identify high-potential niches
  • Partner post-close with account management/operations to ensure onboarding, optimization, and growth.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of successful CX BPO enterprise sales experience
  • Strong new-logo track record
  • Established executive relationships and credibility with decision-makers
  • Proven experience in business planning, account strategy, and relationship management
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presence
  • Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, Excel
  • Able to manage multiple complex pursuits simultaneously
  • Strong commercial acumen (budgeting, financial models, business cycles)
  • Willingness to travel extensively.
