About the role
- Lead new-logo growth for customer care BPO services across U.S. and international markets
- Own the end-to-end enterprise sales cycle—strategy, prospecting, orchestration, closing—and partner post-sale to scale accounts
- Build and execute the strategic sales plan to win net-new BPO contracts across target verticals
- Develop a predictable new-business pipeline via targeted outreach, advisors/influencers, campaigns, conferences, and industry events
- Lead prospecting, qualification, solution shaping, proposal/RFP ownership, pricing/negotiation, and close
- Create tailored presentations and value propositions for executive audiences
- Collaborate with leadership on market expansion strategy; identify high-potential niches
- Partner post-close with account management/operations to ensure onboarding, optimization, and growth.
Requirements
- 5+ years of successful CX BPO enterprise sales experience
- Strong new-logo track record
- Established executive relationships and credibility with decision-makers
- Proven experience in business planning, account strategy, and relationship management
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presence
- Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, Excel
- Able to manage multiple complex pursuits simultaneously
- Strong commercial acumen (budgeting, financial models, business cycles)
- Willingness to travel extensively.
