About the role
- Program and project management to support implementation of a Healthcare and Benefits Act
- Stakeholder engagement with internal and external partners
- Monitoring, evaluation, and reporting of program outcomes
- Develop and maintain project schedule
- Draft reports and implementation plans for provision of care
- Develop communications plan and implementation strategy
- Evaluate waivers of payment rates for Third Party Administrators
- Evaluate quality standards and recommend improvements
- Evaluate and implement pilot programs to improve administration of care and dental care
- Develop staffing model for IVC and perform financial impact analysis
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years Program/Project Management experience
- Minimum 2 years Consulting experience
- IVA/VHA experience preferred
- Experience with the US Department of Veterans Affairs
- Experience in program management, stakeholder engagement, monitoring, evaluation, and reporting
- Ability to travel to Washington, DC as required
