Process customer orders through various methods (fax, email, customer portals, phone) then coordinate and Track the order with local warehouses and outside vendors/manufacturers.
Create and follow up on customer quotes until either closed or upgraded to Sales Order.
Track shipments and troubleshoot issues.
Communicate order status with Inside Sales Rep.
Keep CRM data base information up to date.
Assist with Social Media content/scheduling
Communicate with internal departments (shipping, accounting, service dept., inside sales).
Perform filing and general clerical duties.
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent
Willingness to learn
Growth and goal oriented
Must be a good listener, team player and enjoy a support role
Strong written and verbal communication skills required
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Email, Access)
Knowledge of Monday.com/Netsuite is helpful
Detail oriented
Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task is very important
