About the role

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls
  • Process customer orders through various methods (fax, email, customer portals, phone) then coordinate and Track the order with local warehouses and outside vendors/manufacturers.
  • Create and follow up on customer quotes until either closed or upgraded to Sales Order.
  • Track shipments and troubleshoot issues.
  • Communicate order status with Inside Sales Rep.
  • Keep CRM data base information up to date.
  • Assist with Social Media content/scheduling
  • Communicate with internal departments (shipping, accounting, service dept., inside sales).
  • Perform filing and general clerical duties.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Willingness to learn
  • Growth and goal oriented
  • Must be a good listener, team player and enjoy a support role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills required
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Email, Access)
  • Knowledge of Monday.com/Netsuite is helpful
  • Detail oriented
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task is very important
