About the role
- Relationship Manager who project manages initiatives to drive workplace injuries to zero
- Assess, facilitate and deploy safety products, safety programs, EHS consulting and Safety Technology (SafetyCare)
- Meet or exceed sales goals and increase sales growth and margin within assigned territory
- Demonstrate value to clients measured by KPIs including sales growth and margin improvement
- Use CRM (Rhythm) and Qlikview to report and track client status, opportunities, and wins
- Maintain customer satisfaction with quick client response and follow up
- Utilize Safety Review process to identify improvement opportunities for clients
- Analyze, evaluate, review information and strategize
- Proactively communicate regularly with clients and build collaborative relationships
- Conduct periodic Safety Reviews to improve employee safety and expand offerings
- Pursue ongoing training to expand safety knowledge and deliver best-in-class solutions
- Work closely with internal partners (customer service, supply chain) to optimize customer experience
- Communicate with clients by phone, email and face-to-face meetings
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree
- At least 5 working years field experience in relevant Safety and EH&S experience, including client support
- Extroverted, dynamic, people-oriented personality
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Travel approximately 30% required
- Strong technology skills
- Experience with CRM tools (Rhythm) and Qlikview
