About the role
- Provide analytical support of line operations across Niagara production facilities
- Work with team of technicians and vendors to improve systems and complete annual line rebuilds/overhauls
- Utilize system tools to analyze efficiencies and identify high-level risk areas
- Encourage root cause corrective action and develop automated reporting tools for management
- Identify opportunities and work with vendors on system enhancements and contract negotiations
- Serve as on-site leader during projects, manage and supervise mechanics and plant maintenance teams
- Be responsible for technical and vendor issues, personnel issues with management/HR support, and liaison duties
- Develop SOPs and job aids, disseminate technician expertise, and maintain communication channels
- Execute special assignments including vendor setup, equipment transfers, maintenance practice adjustments, and data analysis
Requirements
- 2 Years – Experience in Field or similar manufacturing environment
- 2 Years – Experience managing people/projects
- 4 Years – Experience in Field or similar manufacturing environment (preferred)
- 4 Years – Experience managing people/projects (preferred)
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or other related field
- Master's Degree in Business Administration or other related field (preferred)
- Microsoft Office Applications – Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio, etc.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Self-Motivated with a proven record of taking the initiative
- Able to work with minimal supervision
- Detail-Oriented with Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills
- Able to execute tasks in a very dynamic and ever-changing environment
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel domestically and internationally as condition of employment
