About the role

Provide analytical support of line operations across Niagara production facilities
Work with team of technicians and vendors to improve systems and complete annual line rebuilds/overhauls
Utilize system tools to analyze efficiencies and identify high-level risk areas
Encourage root cause corrective action and develop automated reporting tools for management
Identify opportunities and work with vendors on system enhancements and contract negotiations
Serve as on-site leader during projects, manage and supervise mechanics and plant maintenance teams
Be responsible for technical and vendor issues, personnel issues with management/HR support, and liaison duties
Develop SOPs and job aids, disseminate technician expertise, and maintain communication channels
Execute special assignments including vendor setup, equipment transfers, maintenance practice adjustments, and data analysis

2 Years – Experience in Field or similar manufacturing environment
2 Years – Experience managing people/projects
4 Years – Experience in Field or similar manufacturing environment (preferred)
4 Years – Experience managing people/projects (preferred)
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or other related field
Master's Degree in Business Administration or other related field (preferred)
Microsoft Office Applications – Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio, etc.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Self-Motivated with a proven record of taking the initiative
Able to work with minimal supervision
Detail-Oriented with Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills
Able to execute tasks in a very dynamic and ever-changing environment
Valid driver's license and ability to travel domestically and internationally as condition of employment
