Business Operations

• Partner closely with the Business Applications team, fellow NetSuite administrators, and key business stakeholders to ensure NetSuite and other tools are used effectively
• Execute system changes and process automations based on approved work
• Support platform updates and releases; perform configuration, workflow updates, and system maintenance for the procurement platform
• Maintain accuracy of core system data in line with documented standards

• Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned Select Partner level account
• Build a plan for partner enablement and training in assigned territory for key partner(s)
• Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources in order to meet partner performance objectives and partner’s expectations
• Assume full responsibility for accurate sales forecasting by demonstrating an in-depth knowledge of sales cycle and update Salesforce accordingly

Sales

• Meet and exceed renewal/churn goals, upsell targets, and new OEM customer acquisition
• Track and forecast key sales metrics weekly
• Prospect for new OEM opportunities
• Manage custom contracting and negotiate outbound OEM agreements
• Develop and foster strong working relationships between Arctic Wolf and our OEM customers
• Facilitate customer support and product enhancement requests, collaborating with Product Management and R&D teams

Channel Account Manager – ANZ

Director

• Owns the vision and execution of Arctic Wolf’s Cyber Threat Intelligence function.
• Directs multiple intelligence teams, defines collection and analytic priorities tied to customer risk, and is accountable for the speed, relevance, and downstream impact of intelligence on detection engineering, threat operations, and product.
• Drive detection engineering through intelligence-led collection and prioritization, ensuring every campaign, TTP, and threat actor tracked translates into a ranked detection backlog tied to customer risk.
• Anticipate what will hurt customers: define collection priorities, PIRs, and coverage goals grounded in Arctic Wolf’s customer base, sectors, attack surface, and adversary landscape.
• Lead the rapid-response function for high-severity events (zero-days, mass exploitation, breach disclosures, geopolitically driven campaigns), coordinating cross-functional response and public communications.
• Partner with Data Science, Threat Operations, Detection Engineering, Product Management, and Engineering to productize intelligence, turning research into customer-facing capabilities, signals, and content.
• Build an agentic-first operating model: codify intelligence workflows as agentic systems, evaluate and adopt frontier AI tooling, and lead the team’s transformation into AI-native analysts.
• Set the internal CTI frameworks (PIRs, ATT&CK alignment, attribution discipline, confidence and probability language, intel-to-detection pipeline) used across the company.

Director, Threat Intelligence Research

Software Engineer

• Plans and directs all aspects of development activities within their teams ensuring all engineering projects, initiatives, and processes are in conformance with the organization's established policies and objectives
• Works closely with R&D Leadership, Product Management and the Security Services(S2) to ensure their teams are building what our customers and users need in a timely fashion
• Generates and manages day to day work for team(s)
• Works with Product Team to define and deliver on the 6-month roadmap
• Execution of process and accountable for the outcome of the R&D team
• Manage team(s) that will deliver high quality, innovative software solutions, in collaboration with stakeholders such as architects, developers, product managers, CSEs and prod support people
