About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work with Business Applications Leadership and Internal Stakeholders to identify needed system changes and partner on adoption and change management
Manage new releases of Salesforce and efficiently roll out new features
Configure and maintain custom objects, record types, fields, page layouts, formulas, data validation rules, Flows, approval processes, installed packages, etc. within Salesforce
Configure and maintain Visualforce pages, Apex code and Lightning Components
Configure and maintain Salesforce CPQ environment
Create new reporting capabilities and respond to ad-hoc reporting requests as needed
Manage all processes that impact / relate to the Salesforce application platform
Identify production risks and areas for improvement; prioritizes, designs and facilitates successful implementation and adoption of new processes
Responsible for maintaining system security and integrity
Troubleshoot all outages and produce root cause analysis reports as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years Salesforce administration and/or development experience
Salesforce Administrator Certification required
Obtainment or pursuit of Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification or Platform Developer I Certification preferred
Experience with Salesforce CPQ
In-depth knowledge of the standard capabilities of Salesforce
Experience with JavaScript, Apex, SOQL and HTML
Detail oriented and self-starter with strong written and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
Working knowledge of the Lead to Book Sales lifecycle within a SaaS company
Minimum expectation of a bachelor’s degree OR equivalent education/experience
