Account Executive

• Exceed quarterly and annual sales targets by driving new opportunities and selling Archive into middle-market and enterprise brands within the retail industry across the UK and Europe.
• Own the sales process, from warm lead to partnership kick-off, ensuring delivery against key performance metrics, with a strong emphasis on new business sales, while expanding existing accounts
• Adapt our go-to-market strategy for this geography, including market positioning, messaging, and competitive insights
• Engage with prospective and active brands through strategic, value-based selling and business case definition
• Communicate complex solutions clearly and simply to executives and cross-functional stakeholders
• Identify their business priorities to craft a tailored, value-based business case for executive audiences
• Develop and cultivate relationships within the European retail industry to drive lead generation in parallel to your BDR and marketing teams’ efforts

Growth Marketing

• Serve as a trusted commercial and strategic advisor to brand partners, optimizing their resale business through data-driven insights, financial modeling, and business case development.
• Own revenue growth targets across your brand portfolio by identifying and executing upsell opportunities in partnership with Sales.
• Build compelling, ROI-driven business cases to expand existing programs and unlock new resale initiatives.
• Develop and execute growth strategies that meet and exceed revenue and profitability targets.
• Build and maintain strong day-to-day relationships while also engaging senior executives to ensure alignment and partnership growth.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Data to deliver measurable brand impact and an exceptional resale experience.
• Ensure a seamless and positive experience for brand partners, bringing in key members of the Archive team as needed.
• Lead with curiosity and confidence—stepping in when needed to accelerate decisions and maintain momentum.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives, structuring complex projects into actionable plans, deliverables, and execution strategies.
• Advocate for resale as a key revenue driver and marketing channel for brand partners.
• Travel for key brand meetings and team collaboration (approximately monthly or every other month).

Implementation Specialist

• Lead enterprise and commercial customer implementation projects, gathering requirements, testing solutions, and working with Solution Architecture, Product, and Engineering to set plans and timelines against customer outcomes
• Lead post-launch account support with key accounts including delivering ongoing services, and investigating issues
• Manage complex project plans spanning multiple external and internal teams and move projects forward towards strong business results
• Streamline future implementations with process improvements
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the customer organization, including technology, marketing, ops, finance and others to help them realize their vision for branded resale
• Collaborate with key internal stakeholders to ensure delivery of high quality outcomes while maintaining timelines, identifying risks and finding solutions
• Leverage project planning experience, technical knowledge and creative problem solving skills to ensure customers launch successful circular businesses through Archive’s technology

Implementation Manager

Product Manager

• Own end-to-end product verticals, from need-finding, requirements gathering and scoping all the way through to driving execution, successful delivery and measuring impact.
• Drive product initiatives across our business; covering a wide variety of domains including E-commerce, business administration, data and reporting, 3rd party integrations, warehouse management, and more.
• Scope and lead feature development and roll-outs through excellent cross-functional collaboration, testing, communication, and post-launch monitoring.
• Train client and brand-facing teams on product capabilities, tools, and customization options, empowering them to effectively address brand needs and navigate system limitations.
• Make hard trade-offs to prioritize features by staying actively engaged with resourcing, engineering planning, roadmapping, and the brand portfolio to prioritize the most critical features for our business.

Customer Support

• The Customer Experience Representative is the first point of contact for customers with questions or issues.
• The ideal candidate must be passionate about rising to the challenge of making every customer interaction with the company an incredible experience.
• This role is part-time, 100% remote, and all eligible candidates must be able to work from home.
• Focus on helping our customers achieve success with the buying and selling of used products on Archive sites
• Respond quickly to customer-submitted email requests
• Troubleshoot and guide customers through any questions or concerns
• Partner with internal teams to solve larger customer-related issues
• Keeps current with product knowledge
• Documents problems and resolutions and escalate appropriately
• Follows up with customers to ensure that issues have been addressed successfully
