Own revenue growth targets across your brand portfolio by identifying and executing upsell opportunities in partnership with Sales.
Build compelling, ROI-driven business cases to expand existing programs and unlock new resale initiatives.
Develop and execute growth strategies that meet and exceed revenue and profitability targets.
Build and maintain strong day-to-day relationships while also engaging senior executives to ensure alignment and partnership growth.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Data to deliver measurable brand impact and an exceptional resale experience.
Ensure a seamless and positive experience for brand partners, bringing in key members of the Archive team as needed.
Lead with curiosity and confidence—stepping in when needed to accelerate decisions and maintain momentum.
Lead cross-functional initiatives, structuring complex projects into actionable plans, deliverables, and execution strategies.
Advocate for resale as a key revenue driver and marketing channel for brand partners.
Travel for key brand meetings and team collaboration (approximately monthly or every other month).
Requirements
8+ years of experience spanning commercial growth (sales, partnerships, or CX) and strategy or operations (consulting, brand planning, or analytics).
Proven success influencing and selling into enterprise retail or consumer brands, with demonstrated ability to build ROI-driven business cases and expand existing partnerships.
Strong financial acumen—comfortable reading and building P&Ls and modeling ROI.
Highly analytical, with proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Looker, Hex) and advanced Excel/Google Sheets modeling.
Excellent relationship-building and communication skills; persuasive, credible, and collaborative with senior stakeholders.
Skilled at working directly with brand partners, building strong relationships, and influencing senior decision-makers.
Deep understanding of e-commerce and retail operations, ideally in apparel, footwear, or consumer goods.
Skilled at leading through influence and managing complex, cross-functional projects.
Exceptionally organized and adaptable, capable of managing multiple projects, requests, and priorities in a fast-moving environment.
Location: Remote within the U.S., with a preference for candidates based on the East Coast (NYC ideal) or in the Denver area. Regular travel for key brand meetings and team
