About the role

  • Growth & demand generation: Design and execute multi-channel campaigns (digital, email, events, etc) that generate qualified pipeline, accelerate conversion, and expand Arbital’s reach with payers and providers.
  • Sales enablement: Build and maintain sales tools, case studies, pitch decks, and playbooks that arm Sales with compelling, easy-to-use assets tailored to buyer needs.
  • Events & industry presence: Plan and execute Arbital’s presence at key conferences, roundtables, and webinars; ensure strong pre- and post-event engagement to drive leads and strengthen brand visibility.
  • Customer engagement: Develop programs and content that deepen relationships with existing customers, highlight success stories, and support account expansion.
  • Product marketing: Partner with Product on launches and roadmap communication; translate capabilities into market-ready narratives and ensure customers/prospects understand Arbital’s differentiated value.
  • Content & thought leadership: Drive the creation of blogs, white papers, and executive perspectives that position Arbital as the neutral authority in value-based care contracting.
  • Brand building: Maintain a consistent, professional brand identity across channels (web, social, collateral) that helps establish Arbital’s leadership in the market.
  • Performance tracking: Define KPIs for marketing activities, manage reporting, and optimize campaigns for measurable impact and ROI.
  • Execution & scalability: Balance hands-on execution with strategic planning, creating repeatable processes and systems that enable marketing to scale effectively as Arbital grows.

Requirements

  • Strategic Leadership: Proven success in building and scaling programs that drive measurable growth, adoption, and engagement. Experience mentoring and growing a world-class marketing team.
  • Storytelling & Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex healthcare and actuarial concepts into clear, compelling narratives.
  • Sales Collaboration: Experience partnering with Sales to design demand generation strategies, build enablement tools, and expand pipeline.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with Product, Sales, and leadership teams.
  • Analytical Skills: You are a data driven decision maker with the ability to define KPIs, measure performance, and optimize campaigns for ROI.
  • Startup Agility: You thrive in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment, balancing strategic direction with hands-on execution.
  • Hands-On Contribution: Willingness to not only set strategy, but also roll up your sleeves and directly contribute across all aspects of marketing execution.
  • Healthcare Knowledge: Familiarity with payer, provider, and/or value-based care ecosystems strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
