About the role

  • Develop and execute IRL field marketing events (flagship activations, trade shows, small-format dinners, and local pop-ups) that drive awareness and pipeline growth in the SMB restaurant segment.
  • Partner closely with our sales team to design events that generate pipeline, accelerate deals, and deliver measurable ROI.
  • Identify and execute innovative activation opportunities that differentiate Owner, elevate the brand experience, and authentically reflect our identity and values.
  • Own cross-functional collaboration, ensuring events reflect brand identity while supporting demand generation, partnerships, and community-building.
  • Design and implement comprehensive reporting that capture, analyze, and communicate the full impact of field marketing initiatives, tracking event performance, brand sentiment, attendee engagement, pipeline influence, revenue contribution, and ROI with clear visibility for leadership.
  • Stay on top of industry trends and competitor activities, constantly innovating to keep the company’s events fresh, differentiated, and impactful.
  • You will report to our VP, Marketing, David Fallarme
  • You will work with Sales leadership and key members of our sales and partnership teams
  • External agencies to support event production and logistics.
  • The Brand Marketing and Growth Team

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in field marketing, events marketing, or experiential marketing, ideally with high growth, fast-paced companies, or experience working in events agencies serving venture backed companies.
  • You have experience supporting and executing events, and now you’re eager to take the next step: building an events function from the ground up. You’re excited by the opportunity to own strategy, operations, and execution, and to prove that you can create a scalable events program from scratch
  • Highly organized with a very strong attention to detail and able to manage multiple events and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Strong reporting and analytics skills: comfortable building and pulling your own reports to communicate the full impact of field marketing initiative,
  • A builder’s mindset: you have opinions, bring ideas to the table, and design customer-centered experiences.
  • Someone who is curious and plugged into the events world. you notice who’s doing events well and can speak to trends and inspiration.
