About the role

  • Lead end-to-end program management for product delivery, ensuring seamless coordination across Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Client Operations.
  • Manage the entire product development lifecycle—from ideation through launch and post-launch performance tracking.
  • Develop and implement efficient processes that enhance visibility, consistency, and execution quality across teams.
  • Collaborate closely with Product leadership to translate roadmaps into actionable plans, monitor progress, and align initiatives with business goals.
  • Drive stakeholder management by proactively communicating status, flagging risks, and removing blockers to keep projects on track.
  • Own and optimize tools such as Jira and Asana for program tracking, reporting, and documentation to increase transparency and accountability.
  • Support cross-functional initiatives that improve team collaboration, workflows, and operational effectiveness.
  • Create clear, concise documentation and communication plans to keep all stakeholders informed and aligned.
  • Participate in planning cadences including quarterly planning, retrospectives, and all-hands meetings to maintain consistent execution rhythms.
  • Balance multiple priorities and context-switch effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, stepping in to course-correct as needed.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience leading and managing program management teams, ideally with 4-5 direct reports.
  • Proven track record in program management within product engineering organizations, with deep understanding of the full product development lifecycle.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth, and lean environments—preferably in tech or SaaS companies.
  • Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills coordinating across product, engineering, design, and go-to-market teams.
  • Strong operational discipline with keen attention to detail—ensuring every task is tracked, risks are flagged early, and blockers are removed efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels, able to transparently update stakeholders and drive alignment.
  • Comfortable with tools like Jira and Asana; experience with product analytics tools (e.g., Pendo, Amplitude) is a plus.
  • Outcomes-driven mindset with a focus on defining and measuring success metrics.
  • Proactive and self-directed; experience managing performance and coaching team members, including handling difficult conversations when necessary.
