About the role
- What you'll do: Experimentation & Testing – Partner with Product to design rapid-cycle operational tests for new capabilities. Define test design, success criteria, and measurement approaches. Rapidly evaluate results and recommend go/no-go decisions.
- Operationalization & Scaling – Translate successful pilots into standardized processes, training, and playbooks. Work with frontline leadership to ensure smooth adoption and sustained performance. Identify risks and roadblocks, proactively solving for scale.
- Cross-Functional Partnership – Serve as the bridge between Product and Operations, ensuring new initiatives are grounded in real-world execution. Partner with operations leadership to align innovation with frontline needs and capacity. Maintain strong feedback loops across Product, Ops, and Executive leadership.
- Continuous Improvement – Analyze operations performance data to refine processes and drive improvements. Recommend enhancements to both testing methodology and operational workflows. Ensure insights from the frontline feed back into product and strategy decisions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in operations, product strategy, or program delivery roles.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to define metrics, evaluate results, and act on insights.
- Proven track record of designing, managing, or scaling new programs or processes.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience partnering with product and frontline teams.
- Excellent communication and change management skills; able to bring people along during periods of transformation.
- Experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments preferred.
