- Set and execute the technology strategy in alignment with company objectives

- Partner with cross-functional leaders to deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Serve as key member of leadership team driving technology vision and execution to support growth and innovation goals
Requirements
- Previous experience as a CTO in a global SaaS organization with annual revenues between $50M and $200M
- Proven track record of scaling technology platforms in high-growth environments
- Experience leading Engineering, IT, and Security teams
- Strong balance of strategic thinking, technical depth, and operational rigor
- Ability to define long-term technology strategy and execute tactically
- Comfortable rolling up sleeves to solve problems and building clarity amidst change
- Experience building and optimizing agile development processes
- Ability to partner closely with cross-functional leaders to deliver exceptional customer experience
- Willingness to be based in or relocate to the Tampa, FL area (preferred)
