Product Manager

• Develop and lead accessibility strategy and execution across the Appspace platform.
• Define our accessibility roadmap, make prioritization decisions, and work as a trusted advisor to customers.
• Partner closely with design, engineering, product managers, and QA to integrate accessibility throughout our development process.
• Serve as the primary accessibility contact for our largest customers, handling executive-level conversations about compliance requirements, roadmap plans, and barrier remediation.

• Drive the operationalization and maturity of our Intelligent Swarming model, ensuring fast, effective, and unified global problem resolution across multiple product lines (post-M&A integration).
• Leverage TSIA and other leading industry best practices to define, measure, and optimize support KPIs, including Time-to-Resolution, Deflection Rate, and Customer Effort Score (CES).
• Lead strategic initiatives to significantly reduce ticket deflection by optimizing self-service channels, knowledge management, and community engagement.

VP, Customer Support

Data Analyst

• Design intuitive, interactive, and impactful Tableau dashboards that provide stakeholders with actionable insights and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Partner with cross-departmental stakeholders to deeply understand business requirements and translate them into visual analytics solutions that inform strategic decisions

Support Engineer

• Provide first-line technical support to Appspace customers via phone, email, chat, and remote sessions.
• Actively listen to customer concerns, effectively diagnose issues, and deliver clear and timely resolutions.

Technical Support Engineer

Marketing Operations

• Serve as the primary administrator for key marketing software tools, including our Marketing Automation Platform (MAP) (e.g., Pardot), CRM (Salesforce), and other integrated platforms (e.g., CMS, analytics tools, sales engagement platforms).
• Proactively monitor, maintain, and optimize the performance, data integrity, and functionality of all assigned marketing systems. This includes managing user accounts, permissions, security settings, and system configurations.
• Ensure seamless data flow and integration between various marketing systems and the broader GTM tech stack (e.g., CRM, data warehouses). Troubleshoot integration errors and work with relevant teams to implement robust solutions.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all marketing system configurations, processes, workflows, and best practices.
• Develop and deliver training programs and materials for the marketing team on how to effectively use our marketing software tools, promoting adoption and maximizing their capabilities.
• Participate in the evaluation, selection, and implementation of new marketing technologies, assessing their fit with existing systems and ensuring smooth integration and rollout.
