Security Engineer

• Cloud Security Operations: Design, implement, and optimize robust cloud security architectures to enhance, build, monitor and address all security alerts from our SIEM and other security systems. This is an operational role whereby you will be available M-F 8am-5pm EDT and, when needed, on-call shifts on evenings and weekends.
• Network Security Expertise: Your network security and cloud security expertise will be required to respond to customer questionnaires, customer calls and create artifacts including network diagrams, architecture diagram, data flow diagrams and other artifacts to support customer requests. Strong written skills will be required here and attention to detail.
• SIEM Integration & Optimization: As a Level-2 Security Operations support team member, you will review all security alerts and resolve these alerts in a timely manner. You will work with our current Security Operations team to expand on our current alerting and reporting capabilities to enhance visibility across our attack surface. Powershell or similar scripting skills will be required.
• SaaS Security Best Practices: Provide expert guidance on securing SaaS applications, including identity and access management (IAM), data encryption, API security, and secure configuration baselines. You will be responsible for leading and managing all firewall reviews, access reviews, system reviews and risk assessments.
• Compliance & Governance: Lead and contribute to compliance initiatives, ensuring cloud environments adhere to industry regulations and frameworks such as GDPR, SOC 2, ISO 27001, CMMC and CSA STAR. Conduct security assessments and gap analyses.
• Customer Engagement & Presentation: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, effectively communicating complex technical security concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Deliver engaging presentations, attend client workshops, and build strong client relationships.
• Incident Response & Remediation: Support incident response activities by providing expert analysis and remediation strategies for cloud security incidents. This will extend to leading Incident Response Plan initiatives and creating documentation for all parties to follow specific plans.
• Stay Ahead of the Curve: Continuously research and evaluate emerging cloud security threats, technologies, and best practices.

DevOps Engineer

• Be the technical anchor for a global platform footprint that includes a mix of Azure IaaS/PaaS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Kubernetes, and various data platforms.
• Identify manual "toil" and replace it with automated workflows for monitoring, change management, and routine administration of large-scale VM environments to ensure a positive ROI.
• Lead the integration of AI tools for automated code reviews, development frameworks, and predictive log analysis to drive departmental velocity and efficiency.
• Design and maintain "self-service" deployment frameworks and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Bamboo) using Infrastructure as Code (Bicep, Terraform).
• Evaluate platform components to determine the most cost-effective path: automating the current state or migrating features to modern, shared architectures.
• Design and maintain a comprehensive observability stack across Azure and GCP (metrics, logs, traces) to identify performance bottlenecks and proactively address system defects.

Senior DevOps, Site Reliability Engineer

Implementation Specialist

• Deliver Appspace Intranet configurations for new and existing customers, delivering configuration, content setup, and preparation for go-live.
• Serve as the primary implementation resource, setting clear expectations with internal teams to communicate to customers, managing timelines, and maintaining strong communication with the organization throughout each engagement.
• Configure and validate Appspace Intranet environments to meet each customer's specific structural, design, and content requirements.
• When required, deliver tailored onboarding sessions and training to customer administrators and content managers, enabling self-sufficiency post-launch.
• When required, consult on intranet best practices including information architecture, content governance, navigation design, and user experience to set customers up for long-term success.
• Implement Appspace Internal Communications features including news feeds, announcements, targeted content channels, and employee engagement tools.
• Advise on internal communications strategy – helping to structure content hierarchies, define publishing workflows, and reach the right audiences effectively.
• Support structured migration engagements for customers transitioning from Legacy Platforms to the Appspace Intranet platform.
• Analyze and map source content structures, site architecture, and user permissions from legacy environments to equivalent Appspace configurations.
• Develop and execute structured QA checklists for each implementation and migration, covering content accuracy, navigation integrity, permissions, and core feature functionality.

Project Manager

• Own end-to-end delivery of strategic professional services projects, including space reservation systems, intranet infrastructure deployments, and digital signage implementations.
• Develop and manage project charters, scopes of work, timelines, budgets, risk logs, and stakeholder communication plans from kickoff through go-live.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams – Solution Architects, Business Consultants, and partner vendors – ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery aligned to client expectations.
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, escalating appropriately while maintaining client confidence throughout the engagement.
• Conduct project retrospectives and post-implementation reviews to capture lessons learned and strengthen delivery methodology.
