Take ownership of the Campaign Management and Optimization product on the Demand Side Platform and manage a dedicated development team
Become the central contact for stakeholders including advertisers, internal teams, and management; present project progress and product roadmap
Lead as an intrapreneur using selective KPIs with a strong focus on delivering measurable impact for advertisers
Implement and continuously improve a lean, high-output development process to ensure rapid iteration and enhanced product quality for campaign management and optimization features
Shape how advertisers manage, optimize, and scale campaigns on adjoe's platform; collaborate with ML teams and engineers to integrate product with DSP infrastructure and APIs
Requirements
3-5 years of experience as a Product Owner in a fast-paced, high-growth organization
Experience in an ad-tech company is a plus
High level of ownership; ability to work independently and prioritize ruthlessly
Practical experience in product ownership and strong experience in agile software development methodologies
Proven track record of delivering at least 0-1 new product features or significant product iterations from concept to launch
Strong interest in technology and ability to communicate effectively with business stakeholders and engineers
Understanding of advertiser needs, business goals, and technical challenges within a Demand Side Platform
Proven team player with experience working in interdisciplinary teams
Clear and concise communication skills; experience guiding and motivating team members
