About the role

  • Design ad mockups, sales collateral, and pitch decks (formatting and creation of visual/audio assets)
  • Create animations, demo videos, and interactive content to showcase Gist Ads solutions for brands, agencies, and AI search providers
  • Provide creative support to the sales and marketing team for pitches, campaigns, and partner presentations
  • Maintain and evolve brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all marketing and product touch points
  • Develop infographics, illustrations, and other visual content that simplify complex concepts for prospective advertisers
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, marketing, and engineering to ensure creative assets align with business objectives
  • Explore and leverage AI-powered creative platforms to deliver fast-turnaround prototypes, animations, and static designs
  • Assist with other brand/marketing needs for ProRata and other Gist AI products
  • Work cross-functionally with business, sales, design, and engineering teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or related field
  • 3+ years of professional experience in marketing design, graphic design, or visual communications
  • Strong skills in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)
  • Proven experience creating animations, short-form videos, and motion graphics
  • Demonstrated ability to use AI creative platforms to generate assets, demos, and mockups quickly and cost-effectively (e.g., MidJourney, Runway, Adobe Firefly, Figma AI, Kaiber)
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
  • Portfolio showcasing brand-aligned, marketing-driven design work
  • (Preferred) Experience supporting B2B sales or ad-tech/marketing environments
  • (Preferred) Understanding of marketing performance metrics and how creative supports ROI
  • (Preferred) Experience developing interactive sales tools (e.g., clickable prototypes, lightweight product demos)
