  • Maximus is a mission-driven consumer performance medicine telehealth company providing content, community, and clinical support to optimize health, wellness, and hormones
  • Establish and elevate Maximus as the definitive brand in performance medicine; build and lead creative vision and systems
  • Define and evolve Maximus's visual identity across all touchpoints and develop comprehensive brand standards and brand book
  • Build and optimize a high-velocity creative asset generation engine and implement systems/workflows balancing excellence and speed
  • Establish metrics and KPIs to measure creative impact and drive adoption of emerging creative technologies and AI tools
  • Recruit, mentor, and lead a world-class creative team and develop career paths while balancing in-house and external partnerships
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Growth, clinical, science, technology, Sales, and Partnerships to translate business and medical concepts into engaging creative
  • Oversee all creative output including campaigns, digital experiences, product design, environmental design, and content creation

Requirements

  • 8+ years of creative leadership experience, with at least 3 years building and managing creative teams
  • Proven track record of building brands in health, wellness, technology, or premium consumer sectors
  • Deep expertise in brand development, visual systems, and multi-channel creative execution
  • Experience building high-performance creative operations that balance quality with velocity
  • Portfolio demonstrating breakthrough creative work that drives measurable business results
  • Strong understanding of digital-first creative and emerging platforms
  • Exceptional communication skills with ability to present to and influence C-level stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or related field (MFA or advanced degree preferred)
