About the role
- Own the full recruitment life cycle from sourcing to offer, while providing seamless and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Partner closely with hiring managers and senior leadership in a strategic capacity to provide consultative advice regarding market trends, compensation benchmarks, growth opportunities, and candidate fit.
- Identify recruitment challenges and implement strategic and tactical solutions to improve hiring outcomes.
- Use a variety of sourcing techniques to uncover talent, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
- Establish and maintain relationships with professional associations, universities, and industry-specific groups to tap into top talent pools.
- Support the onboarding process for new Apex employees.
- Use reporting tools to understand and communicate recruitment metrics, challenges, and opportunities to senior leadership
Requirements
- 5+ years of AEC industry full-cycle recruitment experience, with a strong background knowledge of technical and industry roles. Candidates without AEC experience will not meet qualifications.
- Proven track record of sourcing and attracting high-caliber talent in competitive markets
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to influence hiring strategies
- Excellent consultative and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and advise hiring managers and other internal stakeholders
- Proficiency using applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other full-stack recruitment technology
- Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract and engage top talent beyond traditional methods
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with high performing prospects and manage a strong pipeline of potential candidates
- Excellent presentation skills in both virtual and in-person environments
- Strong knowledge of office suite and recruitment platforms
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
