About the role
- Higharc is a VC-backed startup changing how new homes are designed and built; raised $83M and backed by strategic investors
- Lead Implementation Execution: oversee implementation team transitioning customers from legacy design systems to Higharc, ensuring on-time, on-budget, high-quality delivery
- Drive Process Excellence: design and enforce standardized implementation methodology, playbooks, and best practices
- Develop a High-Performing Team: recruit, hire, train, and manage architects and design professionals; foster accountability and continuous improvement
- Manage Metrics and Reporting: establish and track KPIs (plan throughput, project duration) and use data to remove bottlenecks
- Serve as Technical Leader: act as SME and escalation point for complex technical issues related to the Higharc platform
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: partner with VP of Adoption and Product to align operations and advocate customer feedback
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in a technical implementation or professional services role focused on AEC, BIM, or construction technology
- 3-5+ years managing technical teams, including hiring, training, and developing talent
- Proven ability to build, implement, and optimize repeatable processes and methodologies for project delivery
- Deep understanding of migrating from legacy systems (AutoCAD, Revit) and manual workflows
- Experience establishing and using data-driven metrics (KPIs) to manage team performance
- Demonstrated problem-solving record diagnosing and resolving complex operational and technical challenges
