The Opportunity: Thinkingbox is looking for an experienced Senior Producer to join our award-winning team in Chicago! In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing projects end-to-end, driving excellence in delivery, and supporting client relationships through execution. You’ll collaborate closely with creatives, developers, and strategists to bring world-class work to life across digital, experiential, and content production. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in fast-paced environments. You’ll oversee multiple projects simultaneously – balancing scope, timelines, and budgets – while ensuring our clients feel supported and our internal teams are set up for success.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Producer in an agency, studio, or production environment Strong background in content and digital production (Live Action, Post, Design, Interactive, etc.) Excellent client-facing and communication skills with the ability to manage expectations and build trust Solid project management abilities—detail-oriented, highly organized, and skilled at multitasking Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively Experience working with cross-functional creative and technical teams A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and the ability to stay calm under pressure Familiarity with project management tools, Mac environments, and Google Workspace Ability to travel occasionally for client meetings or shoots
