• Report to the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition and support a high volume of active roles across our companies (Thinkingbox, AntiSocial, and The Heist)
• Write engaging, inclusive job descriptions that reflect our brand voice and attract top talent
• Source and engage candidates through creative sourcing on LinkedIn, Behance, Dribbble, and other platforms
• Manage candidates through our ATS (Lever), from screening and scheduling to offer letters and onboarding
• Support offer negotiations, ensuring competitive and fair processes
• Help plan and attend recruitment and networking events to build our employer brand

Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Content Creator

• Social Capture: Create engaging social-first photo and video content tailored for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Stories, and other fast-moving social formats.
• Hi-Fi Production & Editing: Capture and edit high-fidelity lifestyle and food content with a strong editorial eye—balancing aesthetics, pacing, and brand voice.
• Multi-Platform Adaptation: Edit and optimize assets for platform best practices and a variety of aspect ratios (9:16, 1:1, 16:9, 4:5, 3:4).
• Concept Ideation: Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to develop both quick-turn social content ideas and larger campaign storylines.
• Trend & Culture Scanning: Stay plugged into social and cultural trends to keep client content fresh and relevant.
• Editorial Polish: Elevate raw captures with professional editing, color, and sound to ensure client-ready final delivery.
• Ideate, shoot, and edit content across TikTok, Instagram, and beyond, crafting everything from lo fi in the moment clips to refined editorial style assets that bring campaigns to life.

Art Director

• Lead, mentor, and inspire multidisciplinary designers and writers to deliver exceptional creative work
• Set the creative vision for projects and ensure alignment with client goals, brand standards, and strategic objectives
• Actively contribute to design work by creating concepts, visuals, and prototypes for digital and experiential campaigns
• Provide feedback and guidance to refine and elevate team work
• Partner with strategy, production, development, and account teams to develop insights-driven creative solutions and ensure seamless execution from concept to delivery
• Present ideas and campaigns to clients, articulating creative vision and strategic rationale
• Oversee the creative process for websites, apps, AR/VR experiences, installations, activations, and more
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budgets, and troubleshooting creative challenges

Creative Director

• Drive digital, animation, and content projects from initial concept to delivery across multiple platforms
• Apply creative and strategic thinking to projects in collaboration with cross-disciplinary teams
• Develop, document, and manage project parameters including scope, schedule, and budgets
• Manage, motivate, and ensure thorough communication with all stakeholders including teams of creatives, developers, vendors, suppliers, and contractors
• Proactively communicate with clients about production recommendations, risks, challenges, and solutions; closely manage expectations
• Monitor budgets and establish project plans and processes to avoid scope creep and budget overages
• Scope projects and productions, including large budgets (e.g., $500k+)

Account Executive

• Support producers with managing client requirements, communications and balancing project schedules and budget, providing on-going support and development to ensure a motivated and efficient team
• Oversee multiple accounts to bring thoughtful, strategic ideas to the clients
• Financial management and accountability of your individual accounts – development of detailed scopes, accurate forecasting, annual account planning and finance planning to ensure profitability and efficiency
• Be a true partner to our clients having a ‘seat at the table’ supporting their marketing needs and decisions

In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing projects end-to-end, driving excellence in delivery, and supporting client relationships through execution. You’ll collaborate closely with creatives, developers, and strategists to bring world-class work to life across digital, experiential, and content production.
