About the role
- Reach out to leads, follow up regularly, and maintain detailed notes of conversations
- Take notes, follow up consistently, and drive conversations forward
- Use scripts effectively while adapting in real-time conversations
- Maintain consistent communication with prospects, ensuring timely follow-ups
- Build rapport with leads through engaging and confident communication
- Track and update lead information accurately using client tools (Toast platform)
- Support the sales process by ensuring no opportunity is missed
Requirements
- Experienced (minimum experience listed as "Experienced")
- Big personality: engaging, energetic, and confident in interactions
- Strong English communication skills: both spoken and written
- Hard-working: reliable, consistent, and committed
- Improvisational: able to think quickly and adapt conversations on the spot
- Person-to-person communicator: comfortable with direct engagement
- Familiarity with using client tools (Toast platform) and scripts
- Ability to maintain detailed notes and perform consistent follow-ups
