About the role
- Build lasting relationships with small business owners through fielding inbound calls, outbound follow-ups, texts, and emails
- Initiate and cultivate relationships and develop instant rapport
- Ask open-ended questions and listen to answers
- Manage a sales pipeline and work a book of business
- Close deals to acquire capital for merchants and solve business problems
- Collaborate with internal teams as part of a high-performing sales team
Requirements
- Previous outbound sales experience
- Advanced Spanish/English required
- Effective communication skills
- Previous Call Center experience
- Schedule: 9 AM - 7 PM from Monday through Friday
- Disponibility of one Saturday every month
