About the role
- Spot the right partners across retailers, estate agents, banks, marketplaces and media platforms
- Own the pitch, negotiation and close of partnership deals
- Own the whole partner lifecycle: integrations, lead delivery, and tracking conversion
- Work closely with product to build slick partner experiences
- Work with sales and CRM marketing to convert partner leads into customers
- Expand and scale UK partnerships into Spain, France and Germany
- Run and scale affiliate platforms (eg Awin) and long-tail affiliate opportunities
- Lead and develop a small team of partner managers across UK and international markets
- Build dashboards, decks, reporting frameworks and partner-facing collateral
- Shape partnerships and affiliate marketing strategy focused on out-thinking vs outspending competition
Requirements
- A proven track record of scaling partnerships internationally, especially in fast-paced or startup environments
- Hands-on approach: lead deals and personally nurture key relationships
- Commercial mindset focused on value, ROI, and performance
- Strong experience with affiliate marketing platforms (e.g. Awin) and performance optimisation
- Experience owning pitch, negotiation, and deal close
- Experience managing the whole partner lifecycle: integrations, lead delivery, conversion tracking
- Ability to work closely with product, sales and CRM marketing teams
- Experience managing and developing partner managers across regions
- Ability to build dashboards, decks, reporting frameworks and partner-facing collateral
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, especially with exec level stakeholders
- Comfortable in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment and able to prioritise and adapt
- Willingness to be office based and commute to Hammersmith 3-5 days a week
- Right to work in the UK (visa/sponsorship questions in application)
