About the role

  • AnyVan is a technology logistics platform founded in 2009 to create the world's most efficient logistics platform and reduce miles driven.
  • Recruit for operations teams in South Africa and the UK, focusing on sales and customer service roles.
  • Manage high volumes of applications end-to-end, ensuring a fair and positive candidate experience through to onboarding.
  • Proactively source, attract and build pipelines using multiple channels, positioning AnyVan as an employer of choice.
  • Hustle to identify top talent for challenging roles and devise creative sourcing solutions when talent pools are tight.
  • Drive hiring quality by assessing candidate suitability effectively and moving quickly on strong candidates.
  • Manage offer processes and stakeholder guidance to secure top talent.
  • Ensure Ashby (recruitment platform) is used correctly to maintain data integrity for reporting.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience recruiting in a fast-paced commercial businesses, a focus on quality is essential, bonus points if you have international and sales recruitment experience.
  • Experience delivering approx 100-150 high quality sales and customer service hires per year.
  • Hands-on, can-do attitude; self-motivated and results-driven.
  • Proven track record of developing effective strategies and practical solutions to hire the right people quickly.
  • Strong attention to quality and detail even under fast-paced conditions.
  • Effective communicator able to build strong relationships and influence candidates.
  • Bias to action and ability to deliver good work quickly.
  • Ability to commute to offices in the Central Business District 3-5 (or up to 5) days a week.
  • Strong alignment with company values and ability to make an impact.
