Requirements
2+ years of experience recruiting in a fast-paced commercial businesses, a focus on quality is essential, bonus points if you have international and sales recruitment experience.
Experience delivering approx 100-150 high quality sales and customer service hires per year.
Hands-on, can-do attitude; self-motivated and results-driven.
Proven track record of developing effective strategies and practical solutions to hire the right people quickly.
Strong attention to quality and detail even under fast-paced conditions.
Effective communicator able to build strong relationships and influence candidates.
Bias to action and ability to deliver good work quickly.
Ability to commute to offices in the Central Business District 3-5 (or up to 5) days a week.
