Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in a 180 recruitment or resourcing role.
- Proven success working in international recruitment markets.
- History of strong performance and consistently hitting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Highly resourceful, self-motivated, and eager to succeed.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Must have access to a reliable laptop and stable internet connection.
