About the role
- Define and execute a knowledge management strategy aligned with business goals
- Develop and maintain a centralized repository of proposal content, templates, boilerplate language, and FAQs
- Implement and manage knowledge management systems to support proposal development
- Advocate for continuous improvement in proposal content quality and knowledge workflows
- Capture tacit knowledge from SMEs into reusable assets
- Monitor usage and effectiveness of knowledge assets using KPIs and analytics
- Provide training and support to proposal teams on knowledge tools and best practices
- Communicating and influencing at a mid-level individual contributor capacity
- Coaching subject matter experts in persuasive writing and proposal best practices
Requirements
- 5+ years of proposals experience, with 2+ years in knowledge management
- Experience with Responsive or similar proposal automation tools
- Understanding of the basics of generative AI/AI tools and how they can drive efficiencies across bid and proposal management processes
- Bachelor’s degree or high-level qualification in a related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects
- Familiarity with APMP best practices
- Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making and change management
- Self-motivated, quick learner, with a desire to win business through the RFP process
- Preferred: Project Management or Knowledge Management Certification
- Previous experience in the education industry and e-learning technologies
