About the role
- Lead and manage Technology Consulting (Implementation) teams within CX Delivery to deliver Qualtrics solutions to world-class standards
- Serve as senior manager for CX teams in the Chicago office and drive team effectiveness and scaling
- Provide coaching, mentorship, and career development for team members
- Assess performance, provide actionable feedback, and manage team capacity, forecasting, and resource allocation
- Oversee delivery of a diverse project portfolio varying in size and complexity
- Collaborate cross-functionally with leaders across functions to develop and execute multidisciplinary solutions
- Design and implement scalable processes, tools, and policies to exceed client expectations
- Establish continuous improvement mechanisms for tools and ways of working
- Build relationships with key clients, partners, and internal counterparts and support sales activities with senior client engagement
- Maintain expert product knowledge and collaborate with Product to provide client insights shaping the roadmap
- Develop talent strategy and partner with leaders to meet hiring goals
- Contribute to operational improvements and product enhancements through client advisory
Requirements
- 4-8 years of team management experience
- 6-10 years of experience delivering large-scale solution delivery projects
- Deep domain expertise relevant to the team’s work
- Track record in managing project stakeholders, deliverables, and risks
- Strategic thinking and strategic planning experience
- Experience with conflict resolution and complex escalations
- Experience participating in the sales process, including identifying client requirements, scoping discussions, and RFP response preparation
- Expert knowledge of Qualtrics Experience Management (XM) Platform and related products (or demonstrated ability to learn product suite)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to design and implement scalable processes, tools, and policies
- Bachelor’s Degree (or International Equivalent); MBA or advanced degree in a technology related field preferred but not essential
