About the role
- Define and execute a knowledge management strategy aligned with business goals.\n
- Develop and maintain a centralized repository of proposal content, templates, boilerplate language, and FAQs.\n
- Implement and manage knowledge management systems to support proposal development.\n
- Advocate for continuous improvement in proposal content quality and knowledge workflows.\n
- Capture and convert tacit knowledge from SMEs into reusable assets.\n
- Monitor usage and effectiveness of knowledge assets using KPIs and analytics.\n
- Provide training and support to proposal teams on knowledge tools and best practices.\n
- Communicating and influencing at a mid-level individual contributor capacity.\n
- Coaching subject matter experts in persuasive writing and proposal best practices
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in proposals, with 2+ years in a knowledge management role\n
- Experience with Responsive or similar proposal automation tools\n
- Understanding of the basics of generative AI/AI tools and how they can drive efficiencies across bid and proposal management processes\n
- Bachelor’s degree or high-level qualification in a related field\n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills\n
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects\n
- Familiarity with APMP best practices\n
- Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making and change management\n
- Self-motivated, quick learner, with a desire to win business through the RFP process
