Data Analyst

• Support large programs focused on Innovation and Transformation within the Federal Health Sector.
• Work with the Ansible team and federal healthcare clients to develop integrated program plans and execute on delivery of programs that span capability areas.
• Provide business process reengineering expertise, healthcare operations analysis, and Lean Six Sigma methodologies to support transformation initiatives.
• Obtain and analyze data using computerized models and algorithms.
• Develop graphs and charts to communicate data insights and trends.
• Assist in presenting analytical findings to management and project teams.
• Support business initiatives by providing data-driven recommendations.
• Collaborate with senior analysts and cross-functional teams on data projects.
• Contribute to the preparation of reports and presentations using MS Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint.

• Support program planning, audits, and evaluations for healthcare programs and projects within VHA.
• Assist with program analysis, strategic planning, scheduling, event planning, metrics, financial management systems, and risk management.
• Contribute to the development of program reports and documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on business process improvement initiatives.
• Support senior leadership and decision boards by preparing materials and addressing risks or issues.
• Assist in the development of program management artifacts (e.g., charters, SLAs, project plans, initiative briefings).
• Perform data analysis and help measure program success and outcomes.
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Junior Program Analyst

• Work with the Ansible team and federal healthcare clients to develop integrated program plans and execute delivery of programs that span capability areas

• Analyze and evaluate healthcare program effectiveness for VHA
• Conduct program reviews to assess the quality of current and future VHA programs and identify ways to improve them
• Measure success, outcomes, and improvement programs
• Assist VHA in executing program operations to meet established goals and objectives
• Provide input on program evaluation and improvement of organization and management of projects and programs to increase productivity and performance
• Assist in identifying program resources and developing program reports
• Support cross-functional delivery teams in business process improvement initiatives
• Support senior leadership decision boards that govern the progress of efforts and address risks or issues affecting success
• Support development of Program Management artifacts as needed (Charters, SLAs, project plans, initiative briefings, etc)
