Program Manager

• Reporting to the Director of Quality Assurance/Regional Program Director, the CDL Program Director is responsible for providing leadership for the CDL Program.
• Provides subject matter expertise and actively participates in curriculum development, revision, and implementation process.
• Provides product knowledge training to the Account management group.

• Responsible for hiring, assigning, orienting, developing, evaluating, and recognizing Driver Trainers.

Program Director – CDL, 100% Traveling

Account Manager

• Conducts both front-line account management activity and is responsible for the leadership of the Account Management Department
• Manage inbound and outbound communication with partners/clients, coordinate meetings, and support onboarding and ongoing engagement
• Ensure that account management operations are executed in alignment with all applicable regulatory guidelines, internal policies, and standards of conduct
• Assess the team’s technical and relationship management skill sets and deliver training and coaching to drive continuous improvement
• Lead regular team meetings to review performance, pipeline activity, client needs, and expectations
• Establish work schedules and coverage plans to ensure appropriate staffing and responsiveness to partner and client needs

Director of Account Management

• Develop, organize, and administer Program Director and Instructor training programs.
• Provide subject matter expertise on all aspects of running a successful, high-quality, compliant, and safe CDL program.
• Visit, understand, and direct program directors and instructors on compliance and operational best practices for all aspects of CDL.
• Develop and administer program director and instructor training programs; work with other corporate CDL staff to scale training efforts.
• Assist with recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training of new CDL staff.
• Reviews daily/weekly/monthly reports and tailors training and discussions with CDL teams on results.
• Manage operational compliance for the CDL program.
• Oversee and operationalize safety and compliance programs mandated by FMCSA, State and Local Regulatory and Law Enforcement Agencies.
• Ensure compliance to drug and alcohol, road safety, administrative and all other relevant regulations and laws by identifying best practices, training teams, escalating and documenting issues.
• Review and maintain accident policy and develop safety initiatives such as defensive driving courses.
• Administer audit process and scorecard system and Report on compliance at each location.
• Implement remediation plans as a result of testing in conjunction with leadership and CDL program director.
• Manage fleet activities, including acquisition, maintenance, and disposal of vehicles.
• Work with the CDL corporate team to understand all fleet-related metrics and implement plans to maximize truck efficiency.
• Train CDL program directors and instructors on how best to maintain their trucks and ensure efficient truck operations; ensure program directors understand fleet efficiency drivers to ensure optimized fleet management Develop, recommend, and implement cost-saving measures through labor, equipment, fuel programs.
• Regularly review, understand, and make recommendations to improve efficiency across all aspects of the CDL business.

Regional Program Director – CDL

Marketing

• Develop and drive the overall marketing strategy for Ancora Education, encompassing brand awareness, lead generation, and student acquisition across all brands.
• Lead, develop, and manage a team of direct reports, including hiring, onboarding, performance management, professional development, and retention.
• Foster a high-performance team culture built on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Serve as the primary internal owner of the agency of record relationship, providing strategic direction, performance accountability, and day-to-day oversight of all agency deliverables.
• Direct the agency’s execution across all marketing channels including paid search (SEM/PPC), SEO, paid social, display advertising, streaming/OTT, traditional media (broadcast/cable TV, radio, OOH), and affiliate/PPL programs.
• Own agency contract compliance, SOW management, and invoice review; ensure all fees, media spend, and deliverables align with executed agreements.
• Manage the marketing department budget, including agency fees and media spend, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and strong return on investment across all channels.
• Establish and oversee key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting dashboards to measure agency performance, campaign effectiveness, and cost efficiency; hold the agency accountable to agreed-upon benchmarks.
• Serve as the primary marketing liaison to executive leadership, providing strategic recommendations, performance reporting, and market insights.
• Lead the development of annual marketing plans tied to the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and FY goals, in partnership with the agency of record.
• Partner cross-functionally with Admissions, Centralized/Ground/Online Operations, Finance, Academics, and Compliance teams to align marketing strategy with institutional priorities.
• Ensure brand consistency and compliance across all marketing materials, communications, and campaigns produced by the agency.
• Evaluate agency performance on an ongoing basis and make recommendations regarding the agency relationship, scope of work, and long-term marketing structure.
• Identify opportunities to improve competitive positioning in the vocational training space and translate those insights into actionable marketing direction for the agency.
• Prepare and present executive-level summaries, performance reports, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

VP – Marketing

Director

• Provide leadership and support to Ancora’s ground campuses, Campus Presidents, Campus DOAs, and their respective admissions teams.
• Responsible for enhancing the performance of admissions teams by demonstrating their ability to train on the Ancora Admissions process.
• Operate efficiently, maintain standardization, and achieve benchmarks to ensure quality and operational efficiency.
• Ensure that outcomes comply with all company, state, accreditor, and US DOE accreditation regulations, processes, and policies.
• Report directly to the VP of Operations.
• May be required to travel up to 75% of their time in the South Eastern Region, which includes overnight stays and day travel without overnight stays.

Regional Director – Admissions

• Support campus efforts to effectively deliver quality customer service to prospective students.
• Assist Campus Directors in the process of hiring, training, and managing Directors of Admissions and, likewise, assist Campus Directors of Admissions in the process of hiring, training, and managing Admissions Representatives.
• Follow all company, state, accreditor, and US DOE accreditation compliance regulations, processes, and policies.
• Provide tactical guidance, assistance, and leadership to ensure new student satisfaction during the admissions process.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all paperwork and reports.
• Randomly audit enrollment files to ensure accountability/accuracy of documents.
• Collaboratively participate in employee performance evaluations and scheduled performance reviews.

• Provides Services to Students
• Supplements Driver Trainer advising for students receiving failing assessments.
• Provides academic advising as needed to students.
• Provides referrals to outside resources when counseling needs go beyond the scope of the school.
• Provides or arranges for student tutoring when needed.
• Leads student retention initiatives for students in the program who experience barriers to success.
• Maintains regular contact with all students within the program area and responds to their questions and/or concerns in a timely manner.
• Posts office hours for students.
• Refers students to appropriate staff for non-academic problem resolution.
• Contacts students who miss days from class or whose absence during the week results in more than four absences during the course.
• Maintains records of interactions and correspondence with students (i.e. phone calls, emails, mail).
• Monitors contact, and results of contact, from Driver Trainers to students in assigned program area(s).
• Makes calls weekly to students who (a) were not called or could not be reached; (b) did not return as promised; or (c) did not offer plans to return by a specific date.
• Offers appropriate academic advice and demonstrates genuine interest in students.
• Identifies students needing tutoring.
• Oversees Status of Quality of Curriculum, Instructional Materials, Equipment, and Facilities.
• Serves as a subject matter expert regarding academic curriculum for program area.
• Actively participates in the curriculum development/revision process led by the Home Office Executive team.

• Provides input into creating the master schedule regarding course sequencing, offerings, room assignments, and Driver Trainer teaching assignments.

• Assists the Area Manager/Regional Program Director in the recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of faculty for program of study.
• Orients, monitors, supervises, mentors, and assists new Driver Trainers.
• Ensures that all program area Driver Trainers adhere to required administrative and classroom delivery duties and requirements as outlined in the job description for CDL Driver Driver Trainer.
• Ensures completeness of faculty files and documentation of official transcripts, professional development, observations, and performance reviews.
• Provides leadership and supports all Driver Trainers and supervises their instructional and program needs.
• Observes classes within the program area and coaches Driver Trainers to continually improve instructional presentation and classroom management skills.
• Conducts performance appraisals of department faculty members, including areas of strength and recommendations for improvement and future skillset development.
• Conducts regular weekly day and evening faculty meetings. Meeting topics may include improvement of course offerings, methods of instructional delivery, selection of texts, and such other purposes which serve to improve the quality of the instructional program. Documents all meetings.
• Provides departmental product knowledge training to Account management and Career Services personnel as requested.
• Provides information to all departments as trends and changes in program specialty areas occur.
• Assists account management personnel with student recruitment as requested.
• Promotes faculty participation and provides leadership in the professional development activities of program faculty members and the documentation of those activities.

• Provide administrative support to campus operations, faculty, and campus staff

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Advise incoming, continuing, and re-entry students on the availability of Title IV funds and resources to cover the investment in their educational cost
• Answer student questions regarding completion of the Free Application for Federal Student Aid and Direct Loan Entrance/Exit Counseling
• Complete verification on all applications selected by the Department of Education
• Resolve conflicting information that is identified between financial aid documents and other documents contained in the student's file
• Conduct financial aid estimates for students who are interested in enrollment
• Timely submission of student files for Campus Compliance Specialist review, maintaining a low error rate
• Effectively communicate with admissions department personnel to ensure future enrollments have obtained appropriate documentation for packaging
• Ensure files are uploaded into the CampusVue operating system
• Provide updates to the Campus President on students who have not submitted documentation or required paperwork to receive Title IV funding
• Advise students, during the packaging process, of Institutional Payment Plans (IPP) and facility completion of the IPP process where appropriate

Financial Aid Officer

• Support finance and operations projects, including analysis of cash flows, revenue trends, expenses, and key operating metrics
