Program Manager

• Responsible for management and administration of assigned program related to teaching, advising students, and program development

Program Director – Welding

• The Program Director is responsible for all aspects of management and administration of their assigned program related to teaching, advising students, program development and effectiveness, clinical/extern site management, internship management, student progression, review and analysis of program data and outcomes, scheduling (student and faculty), student learning outcomes, and retention in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• In support of the company's mission, the Program Director works with the faculty and support staff to promote continuous improvement in the quality of instruction through ongoing development, coaching, and training.
• The Program Director safeguards and upholds the highest standards of compliance with accrediting bodies, state regulators, institutional policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Establish and maintain a conducive learning environment for students and faculty.
• Identify, hire and train qualified faculty.
• Monitor and promote the integration of the Ancora Education Learning Philosophy and Core Classroom Principles in daily instruction and student interaction.
• Partner with the Director of Education to lead the faculty development efforts of the department, including orientation, on-going training, and professional development.
• Provide timely faculty mentoring, observations, coaching, and feedback.
• Maintain course schedules and assign faculty workloads in accordance with company and regulatory policies.
• Work in conjunction with the Campus President and Director of Education to ensure appropriate levels of equipment, training aides, and materials that support the program curriculum and learning objectives.
• Ensure on-going compliance of the program, maintaining national and programmatic accreditation standards.
• Identify, coordinate, and maintain working relationships with outside entities that provide clinical/extern experiences.
• Advise students on academic performance and program progression.
• Evaluate program specific outcomes and implement improvement strategies as needed.
• Maintain curriculum in accordance with company, state, and accreditor standards.

Program Director – Dental Assisting

• Provides oversight and leadership to the Academic Department
• Coordinates and facilitates the New Student Orientation Program
• Develops a Master Schedule of Classes
• Hires and supervises Program Directors
• Ensures compliance with accreditation and state regulations

Solutions Engineer

• Under the supervision of the Director of Career Services (DCS), the Business Solution Consultant (BSC) is responsible for development and management of employer relationships that will result in acceptable employment opportunities for students and graduates.
• The BSC is responsible for procuring employer partnerships, Advisory Board Members, Externship Sites and uncovering Grass Roots activities for campus participation.
• The BCS is also responsible for maintaining organized, detailed, accurate records regarding employer visits, job leads and job orders.
• When requested, the BSC will assist in gathering Employment Verification Reports from employers so that graduate placements can be documented in CampusVue and verified.
• The BSC must uphold the Ancora core values at all times.
• Build and maintain sustainable and long-term relationships with local, regional and national employers to increase employment opportunities for all campus graduates.
• Develop and maintain community involvement to support successful company branding within the physical footprint of their campus.
• Attend weekly meetings with DCS and other members of the Career Services team to understand the weekly goals required to provide available graduates and upcoming graduates with employment opportunities.
• Identify the optimal number of job leads and job orders for graduate placement through employer cold-calls, off-site employer meetings and prospecting.
• Follow-up with employers after graduate interviews for feedback and hiring possibilities.
• Document all employer meetings, job leads and job orders in CampusVue.
• Work closely with Career Coaches to ensure opportunities are developed that are a match for available graduates and upcoming graduates.
• Deliver Daily Activity Report (DAR) to the Director of Career Services daily.
• Deliver Expense Report weekly for reimbursement.
• Ability to prioritize and strategize for optimal outcomes.
