About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide quality customer service and information to corporate and community college client employees/students
- Conduct outbound telephone calls to employees inquiring about Ancora Training programs
- Answer inbound calls to employee questions
- Facilitate enrollments and ensure admissions requirements are met
- Communicate routinely with students throughout their enrollment and registration process
- Process high-volume of outbound and inbound calls
- Share industry-related information with prospective students
- Follow-up with new students ensuring positive transitions
- Use internal management software to track student disposition
- Attend department meetings and training sessions
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of paperwork
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma (GED acceptable)
- 1 year of customer service/admissions or related experience
- Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Ability to deliver consistent levels of energy and enthusiasm
- Proactive problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle frequent interruptions and work independently
- Competent in priority setting
- Strong computer software skills including Microsoft Word and Excel, in addition to industry-related software applications
- Associate’s degree in a related area (preferred)
- Experience with CampusVue and/or Velocify software (preferred)
