Report to the VP of GTM Enablement and direct a team of Sales Enablement leaders / Learning Business Partners
Develop and drive a best-in-class GTM enablement program anchored around the company's 3-year business and GTM strategy
Design and execute holistic GTM enablement strategy, including onboarding, role-based learning journeys, and ongoing training programs
Coach and develop LBPs to act as strategic business partners and expert facilitators; ensure high-quality VILT and ILT delivery
Orchestrate the content development lifecycle with Program Managers and Instructional Designers; provide requirements and reinforcement assets
Align enablement efforts across Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure cohesive GTM motion and consistent value messaging
Establish and manage KPIs and reporting cadences to measure business impact and communicate progress to field leadership
Understand industry and segment strategies to determine impact and value through enablement programs
Requirements
10+ years of experience in sales enablement, GTM strategy, or a related field, preferably within a B2B SaaS company
At least 4 years of experience directly managing and developing enablement or learning professionals
Proven ability to translate business goals into a cohesive and measurable enablement strategy; experience creating scalable processes
Exceptional ability to influence and align with senior leadership and cross-functional partners
Deep understanding of modern learning principles and the roles of business partners, program managers, and instructional designers
In-depth knowledge of sales methodologies (e.g., Value Selling, Challenger Sale) and sales processes
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategic adjustments
Proficiency with CRM (e.g., Salesforce), LMS, and other enablement technologies
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus

Base Salary Range: $163,000—$220,000 USD
