• Responsible for the lease administration application (CoStar Real Estate Manager) and ensure the accurate maintenance of lease records, critical dates, lease abstracts, rent schedules, and related documentation within the lease administration system.
• Support the administration of financial obligations associated with leased spaces, including rent obligations, operating expenses, and related payment activity.
• Review, verify, and reconcile landlord billings, payments, monthly obligations, and annual operating cost reconciliations against lease terms and financial system records.
