• Figure out complicated data structure problems (nested trees of multi-dimensional content)
• Automate manual editorial workflows, with solutions that leverage AI when sensible, also coaching medical editors in using technical tooling

Senior Full-Stack Engineer – Content Platform

Accounting Manager

• Prepare, review, and send accurate B2B invoices in a timely manner
• Generate and dispatch payment reminders to ensure smooth and prompt transactions;
• Work closely with the sales team to clarify discrepancies and align on billing details;
• Review invoices for accuracy, identify and resolve any errors efficiently.
• Create and process invoice corrections, including managing special invoicing scenarios such as internal hardware sales.
• Document and organize meeting notes, ensuring key questions and discussion points are captured.
• Follow up on tasks and action items, providing regular progress updates to the Team Lead.
• Maintain clear and proactive communication by keeping the Team Lead and team informed of relevant updates or changes

Working Student, Accounting AR

• Review and process travel expense reports in accordance with company policies
• Match submitted receipts to documentation
• Correctly allocate entries to the appropriate accounts, cost centers, and VAT codes
• Communicate with employees to clarify questions or discrepancies

• Support monthly tax filing preparation and follow up on tax payments
• Assist with reconciliation and data quality management across our systems (Shops, Data Warehouse, Accounting, Tax Engine)

• Assist with yearly transfer pricing processes and external tax reportings

• Be responsible for international tax research & analysis: Identify complex issues, conduct in-depth research, and prepare insights that enable strategic decisions.
• Transfer Pricing & Withholding Tax: Take ownership of these core areas and ensure compliance across jurisdictions.
• International tax registrations: Proactively monitor new obligations and manage registration projects in various markets.

• Drive development of core platform components (pipelines, dbt models, data contracts, observability, CI/CD)
• Collaborate with Analytics and Product Engineering to deliver reliable, self-service data infrastructure

Customer Success Manager

• Support the HubSpot & Sales Operations teams with day-to-day CRM tasks such as data entry, list building, and user support
• Help maintain clean, high-quality data in HubSpot through imports, deduplication, and audits

• The Customer Success Specialist plays a key role in ensuring our institutional partners unlock the full value of AMBOSS. By supporting new customer onboarding, solving technical access needs, and addressing institutional users issues, this role helps embed AMBOSS into daily clinical and teaching routines. Strategically, the position strengthens customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.
• Reporting to the Head of Customer Success Ronald, the Customer Success Specialist will help support our International and US customers and the respective Sales Managers, contributing to our revenue and internationalization company goals.
• You will:
• Support medical schools and clinics worldwide in achieving success with AMBOSS by contributing to better teaching and informed clinical decision-making.
• Manage, prioritize and effectively address a wide array of requests from our B2B Sales Team in order to support the retention and growth of our customers, always keeping the experience and value our users get from AMBOSS at the center.
• Effectively set up the different access methods for AMBOSS and articulate their advantages and disadvantages based on specific customer situations.
• You will work closely with Engineering, Data, Sales, Marketing and other departments to support customers better.
