Position summary: develop and coordinate programs to reward and recognize Amare Brand Partners globally to promote leadership and retention.
Coordinate administration of recognition programs: communications, promotion, recognition items, digital recognition, leaderboards, event recognition, etc.
Manage promotion and maintenance of Amare Rank Advancement Rewards and inventory; produce recognition letters and mail pins/letters/certificates.
Manage rank advancement awards inventory and mailing to ensure awards are received by Brand Partners globally and included in next orders.
Oversee creation and distribution of digital recognition for Builder Advancement, Seller Achievement, Path to Paradise, Focus on 5, Me and Three, Top Enrollers, Top Sellers.
Execute personalized recognition programs (birthdays, Amare anniversaries, births, deaths) and Diamond/Presidential Diamond welcomes including flowers and welcome calls.
Oversee recognition at live events: ordering/fulfillment of room drops, awards, coordination with Data Manager and market leadership, and on-site execution.
Prepare assets for kickoff call recognition and ensure titles, pictures, and pronunciations are accurate.
Track KPIs including stock-out time, delta from achieved to received, digital recognition timelines, redemption reports, timely call setup, and event execution/review.
Requirements
3+ years’ experience in the Network Marketing industry
Experience in a recognition role within a network marketing company
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Slack, Canva
Social Media savvy, including Facebook, TikTok and Instagram
