• Lead, develop, and execute operational strategies aligned with company vision and growth goals
• Collaborate closely with the CEO and executive team to drive strategic planning, organizational effectiveness, and operational excellence
• Build and lead high-performing teams across operations, supply chain, logistics, inventory, and fulfillment
• Drive operational efficiencies, cost management, and resource allocation to improve scalability and profitability
• Oversee end-to-end inventory management including procurement, demand forecasting, stock replenishment, and distribution planning
• Implement data-driven inventory control systems to optimize levels, reduce spoilage/obsolescence, and improve product availability
• Partner with product development and marketing to align inventory with promotions and new product launches
• Monitor product shelf life, expiration dates, and rotation (FIFO/FEFO)
• Direct global supply chain strategy including vendor management, manufacturing, sourcing, and logistics
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery and quality control
• Optimize warehouse operations and fulfillment processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction
• Establish and track KPIs for supply chain performance (on-time delivery, order accuracy, cost per shipment, inventory turns)
• Lead process optimization, technology implementation, automation, and ERP/inventory system maintenance
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, quality assurance protocols, and international shipping/import regulations
• Collaborate with Finance and Legal to assess risk, manage budgets, and align with financial objectives

Senior Director of Operations

Events

• Amare Global: developer of health and wellness products and transformative programs focused on mental wellness.
• Objective: Responsible for organization and successful execution of Amare Global Events Programs.
• Senior Director: design, direct, and execute global event strategy to enhance brand presence and Brand Partner engagement.
• Oversee planning and delivery of large-scale international conventions, incentive trips, leadership summits, and regional events.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with executive leadership, sales, marketing, recognition, and operations teams.
• Manage large-scale event budgets, vendor negotiations, and complex logistics across international markets.
• Ensure events strengthen distributor engagement, promote the company brand, and drive business objectives while delivering exceptional attendee experiences.
• Plan and execute event strategies; negotiate contracts with venues, entertainment, production, and hospitality providers.
• Oversee event lifecycle including planning, logistics, execution, and post-event analysis; prepare post-event reports and recommendations.
• Coordinate marketing content, email campaigns, and social media to drive attendance; track and analyze KPIs and event metrics.
• Maintain overall and per-event budgets; ensure major deliverables are completed before events and provide minute-by-minute logistics.
• Financial oversight: set registration/attendance goals, come in on or below budget, and have following-year budgets/venues secured before Q4.
• Team leadership: hire, assign work, inspire and manage a high-performing events team; foster collaboration and stakeholder management.

Senior Director – Global Events

Manager

• Amare Global developer and producer of health and wellness products and programs focused on mental wellness.
• Position summary: develop and coordinate programs to reward and recognize Amare Brand Partners globally to promote leadership and retention.
• Coordinate administration of recognition programs: communications, promotion, recognition items, digital recognition, leaderboards, event recognition, etc.
• Manage promotion and maintenance of Amare Rank Advancement Rewards and inventory; produce recognition letters and mail pins/letters/certificates.
• Manage rank advancement awards inventory and mailing to ensure awards are received by Brand Partners globally and included in next orders.
• Oversee creation and distribution of digital recognition for Builder Advancement, Seller Achievement, Path to Paradise, Focus on 5, Me and Three, Top Enrollers, Top Sellers.
• Execute personalized recognition programs (birthdays, Amare anniversaries, births, deaths) and Diamond/Presidential Diamond welcomes including flowers and welcome calls.
• Oversee recognition at live events: ordering/fulfillment of room drops, awards, coordination with Data Manager and market leadership, and on-site execution.
• Prepare assets for kickoff call recognition and ensure titles, pictures, and pronunciations are accurate.
• Track KPIs including stock-out time, delta from achieved to received, digital recognition timelines, redemption reports, timely call setup, and event execution/review.
