Responsible for driving business growth by acquiring new clients and strengthening existing relationships through daily load execution
Deliver tailored solutions that meet each client's unique needs with a strong understanding of the supply chain
Manage complex sales cycles and offer customized, high-value services to small and mid-sized businesses, with emphasis on transactional freight opportunities
Develop and manage your own book of business, acting as an entrepreneur within the organization
Make daily outbound calls to customers and follow up on potential business opportunities
Coordinate with the Operations team to track shipments and ensure timely delivery
Provide accurate and competitive quotes to customers, keeping them informed with up-to-date information
Contribute to the growth and development of new business opportunities
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers
Collaborate effectively with team members in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Requirements
