About the role
- Design and execute merit-first, scalable recruitment processes for Product at Kraken
- Partner with Hiring Managers and Product teams to run end-to-end hiring campaigns
- Provide decision support with data and market insights
- Navigate complex stakeholder environments and drive change
- Remove blockers and deliver high-value hires
- Contribute to cross-functional projects to improve global recruiting infrastructure
Requirements
- Exceptional track record in reputable, fast-growing, high-bar technology/product businesses
- Experience recruiting Product talent in-house in competitive Tech/Fintech companies (extensive experience preferred)
- Experience leading teams or managing tough stakeholders (beneficial)
- Strong product sense
- Sound appreciation for fundamentals of talent acquisition and modern tactics
- High agency, strong bias for action, and ability to close exceptional talent without compromise
- Comfort with ambiguity, async-remote working, and operating with urgency
- Relentless energy, scrappiness, and problem-solving mindset
- Interest in financial technologies and cryptocurrency
