Provide a high energy, welcoming experience for employees and visitors; serve as primary greeter and point of contact for employees, guests and vendors
Manage day-to-day operations of the front desk and common spaces, including maintaining a clean reception area, restocking supplies and snacks, conference room booking support, organizing and distributing mail/packages, and coordinating catering and set-up for in-office meals, meetings and events
Assist the Workplace Experience Partner with events and special projects
Provide high-level and proactive administrative support to several senior leaders including calendar management, scheduling, and meeting coordination
Prepare and submit accurate expense reports
Coordinate travel and accommodations, including detailed itineraries
Manage light personal errands, reservations, and vendor coordination when needed
Support team event planning and logistics and handle ad hoc tasks and special projects
Proactively identify and resolve office operations issues and ensure effective task completion
Requirements
1+ years of relevant administrative or office coordination experience (or relevant transferable skills)
Experience in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment; startup experience is a plus
Team player with "Can-do" attitude and a collaborative approach
Familiarity with Google Suite, Slack, and Asana preferred
Be able to lift up to 30 pounds
Comfortable managing both personal and professional tasks with discretion
Positive energy and professional demeanor
Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational, time management and multitasking abilities with a keen attention to detail
Must be located in the tri-state area (strong preference for New York City)
