• Architect and scale Allocate’s martech systems to power the go-to-market engine
• Manage and optimize Allocate's marketing systems - including HubSpot, Salesforce, Webflow, Brevo, and Google Analytics - for campaign execution, data flow, and full-funnel visibility
• Evolve lifestyle marketing infrastructure: workflows, segmentation, lead routing, attribution, and reporting
• Partner with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, product, design, engineering, and leadership) to align systems with strategic business goals
• Support website and campaign operations through enhancements, tagging, and analytic configuration
• Ensure system hygiene, documentation, and compliance with privacy standards (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM)
• Lead special projects: platform evaluations, data migrations, new tool implementations, and process improvements
