About the role
- Own our marketing automation system, building and maintaining workflows, lifecycle stages, lead scoring, segmentation, and email programs
- Manage martech stack (ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, RB2B, LinkedIn Ads) and explore new tech
- QA and launch emails, forms, landing pages, and nurture flows for webinars, events, and integrated campaigns
- Keep data clean and actionable; manage UTM strategy, ensure accurate campaign attribution, and monitor funnel KPIs
- Support product launches, event execution, and experimentation across paid, content, and ABM motions
- Collaborate with SDRs and Sales Ops for lead routing, tracking, and conversion workflows
- Support SEO & Web Ops: optimize pages, track performance in GSC and SEMrush, and coordinate with content and web teams
- Ensure GDPR and CAN-SPAM compliance is integrated into marketing processes
Requirements
- 4-8 years of experience in marketing ops at a tech or SaaS company
- Hands-on HubSpot expertise (certifications welcome)
- Solid understanding of attribution, UTM strategy, ABM tools, and basic SEO/analytics tools
- A love of data, process, and clean systems
- A bias toward action and comfort in fast-changing, startup environments
- Bonus: Experience with design and previous work supporting US based companies
