Lead Product Manager, AI Operations Platform

Product Designer

• Lead design for initiatives end to end — research, UX, UI, prototyping, and handoff.
• Build interactive prototypes in Figma, Magic Patterns, or with Claude/Cursor when code is the fastest path — validating ideas, aligning stakeholders, and pressure-testing flows before engineering invests heavily.
• Coordinate design across squads: run design syncs, manage dependencies, keep projects moving.

Accounting Manager

• Own the end-to-end monthly and quarterly close process, including journal entries, accruals, prepaids, and account reconciliations.
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring all accounts are accurate, timely, and properly supported.
• Maintain the general ledger and ensure transactions are recorded in accordance with GAAP.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and supporting schedules for management reporting.
