• Lead quantitative and qualitative research and due diligence on private market managers and co-investment opportunities across venture capital, private equity, and adjacent asset classes.
• Build and maintain deep relationships with leading GPs, including deal structuring, access negotiations, and ongoing partnership development.
• Proactively source differentiated fund and co-investment opportunities through targeted outreach, industry relationships, and market intelligence.

Accountant

• Contribute to all aspects of fund operations, including financial accounting, capital calls & distributions, financial/investor reporting and cash management.
• Collaborate with external service providers including banking, legal, audit, and tax, to create a seamless experience for end users.

• Fund Formation. Manage and assist with the formation of investment vehicles, including structuring, initial filings and incorporation, the preparation and review of fund documentation such as limited partnership agreements, private placement memoranda, and subscription documents.
• Regulatory Compliance. Monitor and maintain compliance with relevant laws, regulations, applicable filings, and industry standards applicable to registered advisers and private investment funds, including requirements under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, the Investment Company Act of 1940, the Securities Act of 1933, and related rules.
• Assist in the preparation and submission of regulatory filings, reports, and disclosures to regulatory authorities.
• Investments. Perform due diligence on both private fund investments and co-investments, negotiate terms and side letters.
