Product Marketing

• Lead development and ongoing management of end-to-end GTM playbook outlining internal readiness and commercialization processes for all products.
• Secure buy-in from cross-functional partners on GTM frameworks and drive engagement through structured forums providing oversight and visibility into GTM execution.
• Manage production and distribution of product roadmap materials across transmission points, including Sales, CXG, and direct-to-client channels such as the Alkami Community.
• Establish sales engagement standards and an ongoing engagement model with Sales to drive consistency in product positioning, pricing, and contracting.
• Lead enterprise pricing governance by managing the Enterprise Pricing Committee, defining and maintaining pricing policies, and producing reporting on price execution and outcomes.

Senior Director, Product Management – GTM

SDET

• Lead, coach, and grow a team of SDETs focused on full-stack automation (Web, Mobile, API).
• Architect and contribute to test automation frameworks, tools, and libraries to improve velocity, maintainability, and coverage.
• Actively participate in design and code reviews, and own the quality of automation deliverables for critical systems.
• Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code (~20%-30% hands-on contribution expected) in alignment with best practices for automation and validation.
• Drive adoption of engineering best practices: shift-left testing, quality gates, mocking, service virtualization, and risk-based testing.
• Partner with development, product, DevOps, and security to define and execute on test strategies for integration, regression, exploratory, and performance testing.

Technical Engineering Manager, SDET

Product Manager

• Work with customers and subject matter experts to capture and document business requirements and translate business and technical requirements for engineering
• Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and ensure clear communication of requirements to the development team
• Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring it is well-organized, prioritized, and aligned with the product roadmap and business objectives
• Continuously refine and adjust priorities based on customer feedback, business needs, and technical feasibility

Network Engineer

• Provide network support for the various Alkami cloud, corporate, and customer environments
• Work directly with customers to support Alkami's networking products and solutions
• Completes assigned work through the ticketing system for various systems
• Takes ownership of network troubleshooting from beginning to resolution
• Utilize various troubleshooting tools, such as log file analysis and packet captures, to determine root cause of an issue or outage
• Ensure the continued smooth operation of Alkami’s growing network infrastructure
