Collaborate closely with SEO Specialists to develop and execute effective SEO strategies tailored to each client's goals.
Leverage your strong understanding of SEO principles (content, technical, off-page) to guide your team and ensure impactful deliverables.
Analyze performance data and identify trends to inform strategy adjustments and client recommendations.
Act as an internal expert, providing guidance and support to your team.
Manage a pod of strategist and editor, providing guidance and fostering their professional development.
Work collaboratively with cross functional teams including Growth Engineers, Specialists and Editors to ensure seamless project execution.
Requirements
6-10 years of experience, with previous experience as an SEO Strategist, ideally within an agency setting.
A strong understanding of SEO principles and proficiency with relevant SEO tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush).
Demonstrated progression and growth in your past roles.
Analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
